Single Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person একটি Account approved. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, physical address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement

• Match cancelled: The bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Match suspended (not resumed within 48 hours): The bet will be voided.
• Live Betting: Bets placed during a match will be settled based on the score at the time the bet was placed.

Odds Change

Bets are settled at the odds that were available when the bet was placed. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply to your confirmed bet.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings are set for each bet and each game. These limits will be displayed on the platform when placing a bet.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses dishonestly
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information

• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or payment fraud
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds

If any of the above activities are detected, your account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request a temporary Cooling-off period or permanently close your account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

777joya may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• If suspicious or unlawful activity is detected
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months)

777joya is not responsible for the following:

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues
• Financial losses from betting — gaming always carries financial risk

By using the platform, you acknowledge that all gaming and betting activities are entirely your own decision and responsibility.
